Customers can easily register on the TeleHealth Ethiopia platform through our website or mobile app. Upon registration, users can create a profile, providing necessary health information to personalize their experience. The platform is accessible via web, SMS, and Telegram, ensuring broad reach even in areas with limited internet connectivity.

Step 02

Booking and Consultation

Once registered, users can book appointments with healthcare providers. The platform allows for scheduling video consultations optimized for low-bandwidth connections. During the consultation, healthcare providers can access the user’s medical history and provide real-time medical advice and prescriptions.

Multilingual AI Chatbot

Our AI-powered chatbot, available 24/7, provides culturally responsive health information in multiple Ethiopian languages. Users can interact with the chatbot through text or voice, receiving instant answers to their health-related questions. The chatbot leverages AWS Lex and AWS Translate to ensure accurate and relevant responses.

Data Security and Integration:

All user data is securely stored using Amazon S3, and our platform integrates with local health information systems via AWS Lambda for seamless data exchange. This ensures continuity of care and reduces the burden on local health facilities. Regular follow-ups and reminders are managed through automated notifications to keep users engaged with their health management.
